I played a key role in the initial activation in 2022, designing and animating the billboard itself. On the day, with the help of Josh Bailey and Luke Till, we manually placed hundreds of photos into the animation I had built, exporting and uploading them to the big screen at lightning speed. It was chaotic to say the least—at one point, a producer was literally cycling back and forth with a memory stick full of images. But despite the madness, we pulled it off, learning invaluable lessons that made the second activation far smoother.
